Under 14s End of Season Awards

The Under 14s recently held their end of season awards.

These were voted on by the players themselves.

Nearly all the squad received a vote for an award,

which displayed the respect the players have for one

another across this group.

There were clear winners in each category:

Player of the Year – Ben Waghorn

Best Newcomer – Freddy Lidderdale

Coach Kevin Rudd commented ’ I would like to thank the parents and players for their support throughout the season, it is very much appreciated. I am proud to have had the opportunity to work with a good set of young men with bright futures in front of them and have been humbled by some of the acts of courage that have been displayed during the season, as the players developed their Rugby league specific skills. I look forward to welcoming parents and players back to the club next year’.
