Safeguarding Policy
Here at Elmbridge Eagles we take safeguarding very seriously. We ask all our members and any visitors to the club to help us with this.
Jane Belbin is the club's Club Welfare Officer (CWO). If you have any safeguarding concerns or would like further information, please contact Jane at jane@elmbridgerl.com.
Safeguarding concerns should be raised directly with the Club Welfare Officer and should not be discussed in WhatsApp groups or other public communication channels. Coaches and volunteers must not directly message junior players, and communication with junior players should take place through parents, guardians, or approved club systems.
Below we have uploaded some documents pertinent to safeguarding, including the club's safeguarding policy. Please take the time to review them and help us ensure that everyone at Elmbridge Eagles can enjoy the sport of rugby league in a safe environment.
